This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases made through the WriteBand platform. We strive to provide high-quality educational services and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services within this period, you may request a full refund.

After the 14-day period, refunds for annual subscriptions are provided on a prorated basis, calculated from the date of the refund request to the end of the subscription period, less a 20% administrative fee.

3. Individual Courses

For individual course purchases (not part of a subscription):

• 14-Day Refund Period: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase or from when you start the course, whichever comes first.
• Course Progress Limitation: Refunds are only available if you have completed less than 30% of the course content.
• Reason Required: When requesting a refund for an individual course, we ask that you provide a reason for your dissatisfaction to help us improve our offerings.

4. Writing Assessment Services

For individual writing assessments and feedback services:

• Before Assessment: If you request a refund before your writing has been assessed, we will provide a full refund.
• After Assessment: Once your writing has been assessed and feedback has been provided, no refund will be issued as the service has been delivered.
• Quality Guarantee: If you believe the assessment quality does not meet our advertised standards, you may request a review within 7 days of receiving the assessment. If we determine that the assessment was substandard, we will offer a free reassessment or a full refund.

To request a refund:

1. Log in to your WriteBand account
2. Navigate to the Billing section in your Dashboard
3. Select the purchase you wish to refund
4. Click on the "Request Refund" button and follow the instructions

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are non-refundable:

• Add-on services that have been delivered
• Downloadable materials that have been accessed or downloaded
• Group coaching sessions that you have attended
• Promotional or discounted purchases specifically marked as non-refundable

7. Special Circumstances

We understand that special circumstances may arise. In cases of:

• Technical issues that significantly impact your ability to access our services
• Extended illness or medical emergency (with documentation)
• Other extenuating circumstances

Please contact our support team, and we will review your case individually. We may extend refund periods or offer alternative solutions such as course credits or subscription extensions.
